Ingredients And Procedures

1 c Brown sugar

2 T Cornstarch

1/2 t Garlic powder

1 c Water

3 T Soy sauce

Mix to-gether in saucepan and heat to boiling stirring until thickened.Place spareribs in roaster with 1 cup of water, cover and cook 1 hour at 350 or until tender. Pour sauce over ribs and bake another 20 min. basting often.
