10 ounces cheddar cheese -- shredded

8 ounces cottage cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup cooked turkey -- chopped

1 10 ounces pk frozen spinach -- thawed &

chopped 1 4 1/2 ounces chopped mushrooms

drained 1/4 cup onion -- chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons flour

2 unbaked pie shells

Making sure spinach is thawed and mushrooms are drained, mix ingredients and po ur into unbaked pie shells. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Recip e from "One Million Recipes CD"
