1 pound pork loin chops -- boneless

3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon white Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon salad oil

2 garlic cloves -- coarsely crushed

1 freezer bag -- quart

1/2 cup sour cream -- light

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Place pork loin chops in freezer bag. Combine vinegar, white Worcestershire sau ce, salad oil and crushed garlic cloves; pour over meat. Freeze. To prepare: th aw meat in marinade mixture. Grill until well-cooked over barbecue or under ove n broiler. Serve with mustard sauce. Mustard Sauce: combine light sour cream an d Dijon mustard; chill until ready to serve. Serving Ideas : White/Wild Rice, S teamed Broccoli, French Bread
